Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality original research papers describing theoretical and experimental research works in the areas related to the conference themes. Submitted manuscripts must not have been published previously and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. All papers must strictly follow the conference paper template and should be written in English.
The manuscript should have a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 8 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Authors are requested to submit their papers only through the Microsoft CMT submission system. Multiple submissions of the same paper are strictly prohibited and may lead to rejection of the submission.
Peer Review Policy
All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process coordinated by the Technical Program Committee. In this review process, the identities of both the authors and reviewers will remain confidential to ensure a fair and unbiased evaluation.
Each paper will be reviewed by domain experts based on originality, technical quality, significance, relevance to the conference themes, and clarity of presentation. Only papers that receive favorable review recommendations and satisfy the conference quality requirements will be accepted for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings.
IEEE No-Show Policy

• The Technical Program Committee will determine the appropriate presentation category for each accepted paper, such as oral or poster presentation.
• Online, virtual, pre-recorded, or proxy presentations will not be allowed unless special permission is granted by IEEE under extraordinary circumstances.
Papers that are not presented during the conference as per the above guidelines may be excluded from submission to IEEE Xplore and other indexing databases.
