Dr. Sohiful Anuar Zainol Murad

Sohiful Anuar Zainol Murad was born in Kedah, Malaysia, in 1975. He received the B.Eng. degree in Electronic Engineering from Saga University, Japan, in 2000, the Master of Science in Electronic Systems Design Engineering from the Malaysia Science University, Malaysia, in 2004, and a PhD in electronics from Kyushu University, Japan, in 2011. In 2000, he was with the industries of SGTi Globetronic Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia, as a QA engineer, and Sharp-Roxy Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia, as an R&D engineer for almost 3 years.
In 2003, he joined Universiti Malaysia Perlis to advance his academic career. Currently he is an associate professor in the Faculty of Electronic Engineering & Technology, Universiti Malaysia Perlis, Malaysia. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) as a professional engineer (Ir.) and a senior member of IEEE. His research interests include analog IC design, radio frequency (RF) front-end design, electronic circuit design, and the Internet of Things. He has over 100 publications, including journals and proceedings published in SCOPUS and 7 academic books, including contributions to book chapters.
Mr. Soenil Soebedar

Soenil Soebedar is a solution-oriented IT & cybersecurity professional who spent more than 32 years in the IT sector, 22 years as a freelancer & founder of SOEBIT Cybersecurity in the Netherlands (Europe) and 12 years in the Cyber Security area as an Ethical Hacker, Penetration tester, PKI/Cryptography specialist/Architect, Senior Security Engineer, Senior SOC Specialist. He lives and studies in the Netherlands, born in Suriname (South America).
He has experience in a number of industries such as Finance and Banking, Energy, Government, Healthcare, Education and Consulting and a lot of international experience working in teams and individually.Extensive experience and his ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner make him a valuable addition to any conference on cybersecurity, AI, Cryptography and Quantum computing.He has delivered (virtual) workshops, cybersecurity training, Internship programs seminar and webinars for IT professionals, colleges & universities in the Netherlands, USA, Suriname, India, Ghana, Singapore & Malaysia.
Dr. Kantha Babu

Dr. M. Kanthababu received his BE in Mechanical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. He has completed MS by Research and PhD from Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Based on his research work he had so far published more than hundred technical publications in reputed International/National Journals and Conferences and applied few Patents and has granted Industrial Design and Copyrights.
He has successfully completed government sponsored projects such as DST, UGC and BRNS more than 3 crores as Principal Investigator. He has teaching and research experience of more than 27 years. Presently he is working as Professor in the Department of Manufacturing Engineering, College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University and Director, Center for Intellectual Property Rights (CIPR), Anna University, Chennai. Based on his dynamic leadership, he has established the most prestigious Technology and Innovation Support Centre (TISC) in Anna University through World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO). TISC aims to provide innovators with high quality technology information and related services as well as help innovators to create, protect and manage their Intellectual Property Rights. He has recognized Institutions and Inventors by Awarding “Anna University Intellectual Property Award” every year for the two best performing Institutions in each regions. He is recipient of ‘Indian National Science Academy’ award. He is a life member of ISTE and Fellow of Institution of Engineers, India. He has travelled widely to countries like USA, UK, France, Spain, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China etc.
Dr. Alessandro Vizzarri
Adjunct Professor at University of Rome Tor Vergata
Alessandro Vizzarri graduated in Electronic Engineering at the University of Bologna and obtained a PhD in “Telecommunications and Microelectronic Engineering” at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. He also attended the Higher School of Telecommunications established at the Ministry of Economic Development, obtaining the related Higher School Specialization Diploma in Telecommunications. He is currently an adjunct professor of “Radio Spectrum Management” at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
He has worked for several years as a Consultant Engineer and Manager for manufacturing companies in the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) sector, Telecommunications Operators and multinational ICT Consulting companies, with particular reference to mobile radio telecommunications networks (UMTS/HSPA, LTE, WiFi, ..), Broadcast Telecommunications Networks and Digital Transmission Networks. Areas of interest include Wireless and Broadcast Networks, Radio Network Planning, QoS and QoE, interoperability aspects, regulation and standardization. He also acquired managerial skills in the areas of teambuilding & team coaching, Project & Program Management, marketing and sales. He is the secretary of the AICT Association (Association for Information and Communication Technologies, www.associazioneaict.it), and is a member of the IT Commission of the Order of Engineers of the province of Rome.
